New Admissions
Admissions are open in the Beginners classes for boys and girls. There may be a limited number of seats for the higher classes.
For admission in the 2024 session for the Beginners class the children should be over 5 years of age (Fifth birthday before 1 September 2024).

We will contact you once we find the place in the class based on the age of your child.
We have a limited number of places. If there is no place available we will put your child on the waiting list.
Term Timings:
Start Date: 2nd Sept 2024.
Schedule: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
Timings: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Venue: Northolt Islamic Centre
Fees Structure
Fees will be charged every month and will be only payable by Standing Order/Direct Debit. You will required to fill in your bank details along with the registration form for setting the standing order/Direct debit to start after your child's admission is confirmed by the Principal.
Admission fees of £15 for each child are payable on the registration day for new admissions only.
The Monthly Fee for each student is £40 payable by Standing Order/Direct Debit.
Course Books
Qaida, Safar Islamic Books will be provided by the teacher. We will update you later about the course and the prices.
Academic Terms
The Academic year is divided into three terms (Each term is approximately four months). The dates follow the academic terms of regular schools as defined by the Ealing Council.
Student Absence
In order for us to manage student absences more efficiently, if your child is due to be absent on any particular day, please report the absence and reason for absence via the NIC Madrasah mobile number on WhatsApp or by phoning 07599530189.
Failure to report an absence will result in an 'unauthorised absence' on the register and will count towards your child's overall attendance as such on the term report.
